Medic At Ninths: my back and my ankle been throwing for a loop. Hurts like a SOB. Haven’t been working like I should. Which hurts my feelings. I’ve been sleeping my pain away even one Tylenol pill will have you in Slumber have you gone before you know it. 500’s strong as Heck. My sugars was sky high this morning I had Almond milk and cookies last night and that will do it. Pressure was fairly normal pulse was high but I know why ( I was moving around)
Menu At Ennea’s : Today I’m cooking chicken Thighs meat to fall off the bone chicken potato soup better than the store brands make it like Ennea save a buck or two stretch a dollar meal prep. These days you got to cook like our grandmas. Grandma been through the Depression and the Great Recession you better grab you a couple bags of potatoes look up a hundred different ways to cook a potato stretch them potatoes out or some rice and beans because Grandma always made sure something was on the stove. I miss my grandma dearly. Rest In Paradise 🙏🏽 Love my Grandma.
Working On WIPS: I’ve been having the hardest time just starting a WIP these days. Being in Pain and discomfort spoils the Mood. This morning I’ve over done it on my ankle D⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ankle Poppin in the cartilage I guess I’ll be using the walker today hurts like H⭐️⭐️⭐️ imma try and work on something today it really would make my Day. Updates coming today so stay in the mix🤩🤓🥰 imma get the updates out the way so I can focus on a WIP this Weekend we will see how far I can get.
Updates gonna be Fresh and new if my back permits I’ll jump in soon. Might have to take a Tylenol or two and deal with the Sandman later. It’s okay.🥹😭🥺I think. As long as I attempt a WIP today I’ll be ecstatic
