Good day good evening Greetings and tings🤩🥰😭😬 Today was so litty. I did the Stairs today and shocked the BaJesus out of me me aunt my ancestors my living relatives the therapist everybody. I was so amped until the pain hit me moma.😬😭🙏🏽🙄 I applied my ointments and creams and passed out on some 500’s. I walked most of the day without the walker. But when I woke up that pain hit like 2022 left us. Painful. Pain levels tonight 8-9 I got these Tylenols but I wish I had something like I had in Rehab added to it. I’m doing my best to take these 500 s as prescribed they strong as it is.

Today I cooked bbq sweet spicy chili sauce Wings wings my way they was tasty they will be even better tomorrow roasted and toasted the wings went through stage 1 stage 2 tomorrow they was cooked but my foot was dealing me a fit so I didn’t let them tenderize thankfully I have some left I can cook them how they suppose to be cooked I only ate a couple they was smacking too. Recipe going in the cookbook.

Now not to let y’all in my business but I need to wash thy hair so tomorrow that’s my goal on my bum foot to shift weight back and forth washing thy locks my baby fro is getting mighty thick and long. So it will enjoy a nice conditioning. I wish I knew how to French braid it’s long enough I think. If it wasn’t Covid Flu RSV MonkeyPox all that going around I would try a salon or a family member. I’ll think about it.
