I don’t have any WIPs… just ideas. I have to sort it all out first, before I can get started. I want to finish 100k words at least of ‘My Astral Palace’ by the end of the year. I’ve more or less thought out the first five chapters.

How many words are you starting at? In my WIP I have a little under 8000 mainly the Preface and a couple small chapters today I’m working in my Cookbook thoughMonday I plan on working on actual WIP. My Actual WIP is a Historical it’s the First book to a series not all books in series Historical maybe Two are . I’m excited for it I want all the books sold in a set I hope that is possible.

Zero so far. I’m just going to let my pen flow when I’m in the right mindset. I’ll come up with goals after I’ve got it going. I love historical fiction. I’m sure the publishers will be open to negotiation.

That’s okay I did too after while. I did write in my cookbook at least . What’s a web novel a ebook? I feel so dated and out the loop You gotta put me in the mix and tell me what’s a web novel is.🤩🥰🤓

It’s like a serial novel that you post on the internet. You post one or two short chapters a week, each chapter being 1k-3k words usually. This can go on for thousands of chapters. They are usually very long and repetitive, but people get hooked.

RoyalRoad. I’m not in it for the money, though there are a few who earn quite a bit from this. I’m not going to monetize. The only expense will be getting a good cover.

I just checked out Royal Road Site it’s Super Dope I may showcase it sometime this week thank you for letting me know about it it may be another option for me to publish. I’m thinking about it. If I can’t go Trad I may go royal road we will see.

They are very niche though. They focus on 16-30 year old science fiction and fantasy. Other genres don’t have much of a chance there.

I saw that they had a lot of science fiction and fantasy I have a science fiction and fantasy shape shifter novel I may try it out there and see how it does it’s not finished yet though

A shape shifter novel should do well there. You can check out scribblehub as well. Many people post on both platforms, but scribblehub leans more towards romance. You need a fancy cover and a good summary to hook readers. I didn’t do any networking when I used to post there, and still did quite well.
