Evenings everyone. I got Grandiose news. I’m wearing both regular shoes now I’m out of wearing that blasted boot Amen. It was giving me very little support and I couldn’t put my foot solid on the floor I was more so tiptoeing around on my bum foot 🦶🏽. So now I have more support wearing a regular shoe. 

Imma be running around out here in a minute by summer time imma be saying what Walker? I might need a cane or something but I’ll be doing stairs with no problem I hope. Im just trying to foresee a positive result. My ankle is dealing me a fit today. Some oxy and the Tylenol would be nice today if I could have that combo all I have is Tylenol maybe I should ask for a script for my Narcs. But I have a feeling they only gonna give me 10 at a time I bet. I need a guaranteed supply when I need them because I be in pain now not later. The more I walk on my ankle the more pain comes like a flood. Tylenol 500 takes the edge off though. Oxy or Trams would help it some. Tylenol every six hours I gotta wait 2 -3 more hours I gotta watch it because I don’t want to tear up my organs trying to take honest pain away. I wish I could take some herbal remedies for pain but I can’t handle the side effects. But something to knock me completely out for awhile would be grand.🥹😳😭

D⭐️⭐️⭐️ Diabetes got me going to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes I’m getting plenty of practice walking on my bum foot. In the meanwhile I’m cringing with every step in pain. I’m sure it’s normal. My aunt got my big bottle of Tylenol 500 s just in time watching the news programs medicine is scarce everywhere it’s unreal. Try ordering it from Big Box Store maybe. Where she got mines was plenty on the shelves. Don’t give up if your on the hunt for medicine for you and your family. Tylenol 500s will take the pain away from a Arthritic Rhino or a Elephant I’m exaggerating I’m pretty sure they get something else but if they do get it I wouldn’t be surprised 😩😳. Take with Cautions. I have a high tolerance for pain so when I say I’m hurting I Ain’t playing around.

I have been blessed with no sickness other than a broken bone. I deem my multi vitamin I take has been warding off the Monster ( Covid-Omicron-Flu-RSV) but taking my Vitamins and vaccines shots if it was only that easy no one would be catching it at all and dying after the vaccines. I hate to speak on it but I’ve been very lucky. Even where I stayed getting my Rehab they kept Testing me scaring me to death. I kept coming back negative that was the Higher Up doing. Nothing Else. Those freaking test make your Eyeballs want to pop out they socket gotta sit on your hands or you’ll want to push the tester off of you it’s awful.
