Why Jello? 🤣🤪 just make sure it’s Sugar Free. Hello my 👑Kings and 👑Queens. I want to share a little with y’all this morning. Yesterday I had a annual doctor Appointment. And things aren’t looking very good I have to reel it in on my sugar intake. No more Haribo sweet treats my sweets will come from fruit vegetables . I just need to be thoughtful of what I eat. No more fast food imma miss that because Ribs and Wings my favorite but I can cook my own. Really my favorite is lemon pepper garlic roasted thighs. Mixed veges in butter. I just have to be mindful of portions more veggies more water in my life. Water and veggies is life I eat Mediterranean meals little to no carbs my carbs come from veggies. I haven’t been eating this way but imma start too. My life depends on the change. My splurge is my coffee. A1C up a point and a half from the normal range not quite where my worst numbers were a year or two years ago but it’s still elevated and it’s from sugary foods and fastfood. I particularly love my eyeballs and not trying to go blind from sugar diabetes so it’s time to make a change I’ll keep you all in the loop to hold me accountable I need to start moving like lifting weights and walking or biking I can do all this at home I have no freaking excuses none I’ve just been lazy depressed and rebellious. All things that can make me blind or worst death. I’m too young for any if it. Wish me luck and pray for me everyone to get my health together . 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽Amen Amen Amen
